Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photographs of the product and packaging before arranging a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

As all purchases are carefully produced and prepared, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account or contacting your payment provider, as processing times can vary.

If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the issue further.

Exchanges

We only replace products that arrive damaged or defective. If you require a replacement for the same item, please contact us directly so we can arrange the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
