OHNZ Photography ships both within New Zealand and to Australia using tracked courier services.

All orders are tracked from dispatch through to delivery and, where available, signature collection is required on arrival. International customers also have the option to arrange additional insurance cover for their artwork.

• Australia: Shipping rate $40.00 (Prints only)

Each print is individually produced and signed before dispatch. Please allow approximately 1–5 working days for print preparation.

Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand: 1–3 working days after dispatch
• International: Approximately 2–6 working days after dispatch, tracked with signature required

Only available for New Zealand — please allow approximately 1–10 working days for framing before shipping.

Estimated delivery times: New Zealand — 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Framed prints are currently not available outside of New Zealand.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact OHNZ Photography and we will do our best to assist. Nelson-based customers may also be able to arrange local collection by prior arrangement.

International orders are shipped using trusted courier partners including NZ Couriers, DHL and associated international delivery networks.

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on destination country, customs processing and local courier services.

• Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–6 working days from dispatch
• All shipments are tracked and generally require a signature upon delivery
• Additional insurance cover may be available for selected international shipments

International customers may be required to pay import duties, customs fees or local taxes depending on their country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Many countries provide duty-free thresholds or exemptions under trade agreements. Customers are encouraged to check local import regulations before ordering.

OHNZ Photography takes great care in ensuring all artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Fine art photoprints are:

• Individually packed in acid-free protective sleeves
• Carefully rolled by hand
• Shipped in heavyweight recycled cardboard mailing tubes for maximum protection

All prints arrive rolled and ready for framing.

If you would like your artwork professionally framed before delivery, OHNZ Photography can arrange framing through a trusted local framing partner. Please contact us directly to discuss framing options.

Oversized mailing tubes are used wherever possible to safely combine multiple artworks into a single shipment.

Depending on print size, shipping tubes can generally accommodate:

• Small Prints — Up to four prints
• Large Prints — Up to two prints

If you are ordering multiple prints and are unsure how they will be packaged, please contact us and we can advise on the best shipping arrangement.

OHNZ Photography is based in Nelson, New Zealand and offers shipping nationwide for original artworks.

Smaller artworks are generally shipped using trusted courier services such as Aramex.

For larger or oversized artworks, OHNZ Photography will work directly with you to arrange the safest and most suitable transport option. This may include hand delivery or specialised freight services through professional art transport providers.

Specialised transport services may include:

• Custom-built wooden crates for maximum protection
• Specialised road freight handling
• Optional extended insurance cover for loss or damage
• Track and trace monitoring
